thanks for the reply, unfortunately I am unable to tell you what firmware it had, and I would not know how to trace it .... from what I understand are two that can mount on my cam, this: npcupg14.00.00.87 (270 & 279) (release) and this: npcupg21.00.00.35 (5929) (release) I'm waiting for the CH341A eprom programmer to be able to reprogram the firmware that I downloaded because with the procedure with micro sd I was not able

I have installed firmware 25.0.0.62, and the camera does not show the images, I think the last update did not do it well.
Does anyone know where to get a copy of this firmware and how to update it. Thank you

I have the same problem and am also looking for the firmware 25.0.0.62 or 25.0.0.6.

I have 3 of 4 cameras now not working after the 25.0.0.62 update.

Please help.

Hi i'm having an issue with 3 cameras, (current firmware 28.0.0.16 and 25.0.0.62)
where can I get firmware updates? and instruction on how to load them?
please help, they just stop recording on SD card (2) and one of them the autorotation check wont stop and I cant make it to work
