After working for about 10 days.. suddenly the camera is locked on the PC - still working on Android- but shows Lock on PC Maybe Avast ?

i have had 3 cameras that looks like a dog that worked perfectly for 2 years. i have a new dual band lte router. i cant reconnect or reset the camera. i eventually tried 3g..but no success. i even tried wired connection it picks up the cameras but it always says the "123" password is incorrect. please help

Password incorrect error happens because the camera didn’t reset successfully. After camera boots up successfully then try to press reset button and until you hear “sou, or voice” sound from camera don’t release the button, it means reset successfully. After camera is reset to default, it will keep making beep sounds to be ready for setup.

Thanks for the tip. the camera had reset printed twice underneath the camera. i wasnt actually resetting it before. it now works perfectly with the new wi fi.

anyone know what to do if forgot the device password? I tried to input the default password, but it’s keep saying wrong password

why the problem insufficient permissions please reset your camera if you are the owner, because need the restart cam every 5 day
