Record manually ->Record switch ON, then it records 24hours a day once connects to power supply, it will overwrite the card if card is full. Aug 11, 2017

  Dear Jackie, Wondering if you can help me with this. Am using Macbook Pro, I followed your instructions of the (VMS app)manually adding the camera setting, however it just keep showing Manually add device isn't support Modify IP! Hopefully you can help me out with this. Thank you so much

    I would like to send you the firmware, but you may tell me the current firmware of your camera.
    The error updating not complete dues to low speed of camera's connection. You may change another time (when network is less congestion) to update it via App.
