I would like to remove the smart doorbell from the account of users who do not use it, so that they are not bothered by notifications that they do not have time to deal with. I haven't figured out how to remove the device from their mobile app only. Is that possible? And if so, how?
You could turn off notifications in their app. Me tab, message center, gear icon, system notification, enable notification.
