  • I can not confirm that I have read the USERS AGREEMENT at quick registration. I have tried several time yet nothing happens when I hit the CONFIRM button. I am unable to register and use my camera.

    i have had 3 cameras that looks like a dog that worked perfectly for 2 years. i have a new dual band lte router. i cant reconnect or reset the camera. i eventually tried 3g..but no success. i even tried wired connection it picks up the cameras but it always says the "123" password is incorrect. please help

    Password incorrect error happens because the camera didn’t reset successfully. After camera boots up successfully then try to press reset button and until you hear “sou, or voice” sound from camera don’t release the button, it means reset successfully. After camera is reset to default, it will keep making beep sounds to be ready for setup.

    Thanks for the tip. the camera had reset printed twice underneath the camera. i wasnt actually resetting it before. it now works perfectly with the new wi fi.

    I have configured the new camera without the sd card without problem. Afterwards I installed a 32 GB sd card.The application recognized the sd card and I formatted it again.The problem is that I can not record into the sd card. I can only record in the smartphone.
    Could be the need to reset the camera after the sd card installation and configure all again.

    Second part : Now I have problem - I can't connect to Smart doorbell (iOS and Android) - I have to write password but default 123 don't work :( I can connect to Smart doorbell with CMSClient, but that's all. Maybe I bind my Smart doorbell with my two accounts: anetasworobowicz@gmail.com and stokowa1@gmail.com ? I have no idea what next > Can You somehow to help me ? Greetings.

    The product should not bind to two accounts, it's not permitted.
    To fix this, you can:
    1. Delete devices from both accounts.
    2. Reset the doorbell camera
    3. Add device to one account
    4. Input default password 123456 (if 123 is incorrect)
    Hi ! Greetings from Poland :) I have a huge problem with my Smart doorbell bought last week. (KONX Smart Home 720 WiFi IP Video Door phone intercom Doorbell Wireless Unlock Peephole Camera Doorbell Viewer 220V IOS Android) I want to open my door with two smarphones - one with iOS and second with Android. I try couple of times kBell and then Yoosee witch is better option imho.
