can anyone tell me why since i upgraded the software on my yoosee app on ios i can no longer view my cameras from my computer and iphone at same time, as soon as im logged in on my phone it automatically disconnects my cms on my computer and also the picture quality on cms since yoosee updated is terrible,

HI,
I bought camera ESCAM Q6 , after turning on the defence mode and an alarm occurs, the phone don't receive the alarm push.
Camera works with siren , and I can see the room on my phone, but my phone doesn't get alarm push. If I run APP and instantly make movements near the camera in defence mode , that is ok and APP works and I have incoming messages.
