Yoosee sends push notifications to my phone

Hello.Yoosee is not sending me push notifications to my phone when the alarm is activated and I'm not connected to the same wifi network of the alarm. It sends me an email, but no push notifications. The only way I get push notifications is if I am at home connected to same wifi as the camera, which is not the purpose of the alarm. My phone is Android and have already verified notifications in the app and in Android settings are enabled. How do I fix the problem?
 
make sure ur app is not closed set ur phone in 3g and trigger an alarm it will work however in dont think the app supports 4g somtrynto connect only 3g best of luck so oush 4g disabled
 
Thank you Andre for your reply. I tried what you told me and it worked. But the thing is, I need a long term solution, because I need to know everyday if the alarm goes on, which means that I have to keep open Yoosee forever. I know other apps can send notifications even if they are not open, that's what I would like to know if Yoosee can do.

hi isabel in settings there is start app automatically but pls first log out from yoosee app try cotpro or yyp2p usually on android u don't have to turn on app unless ur phone has restarted so app shoud be working on background dear
trust me on ios us harder because everytime. phone goes to sleep app closes simply don't dig out from ur user name ok just press home button u will see on top the icon running

I have kind of similar problem. The notifications send to my iPhone but not my Samsung Fold 3 which is my main phone. Can help?
 
The problem occurs when the Yoosee app has not been granted with notification permission on your smart phone.
Go to settings of your phone, tapping "notifications", then finding "Yoosee" app from the list, enable it.
