i simply restarted both phones, they both work now

I have solution, although that might not be a good one.
I have this problem also, therefore I googled and found that page. After reading that thread, I think it might be my phone (android) is having Android version too latest (8.0).
Luckily, I have an old phone (Android 5.0), I tried and the yoosee app is worked with that old phone.

Same error here with BESDER 6024PW-JW101
If u asking about its not YooSee - it have paper about this is from YooSee.

So, I just setup it for Wifi connection and mobile and PC works okay with it.
But after I restart camera by turning power off, and then turning it on - camera do not replay to both PC and smartphone.
If I trying to connect from mobile app, not doing anything in app but restarting camera - I have 30102005 error.
If I restart mobile app - it say camera is offline even after many minutes waiting

Searching for another IP of camera do not works (if u say camera got another IP).

But seems wired connections is works.

So, I think, only what you can do with WIFI - just do not use it.

So weird.
Here it is an idea.
When it connects to wired Ethernet cable, use app and go to [Network Setting] then switch to WiFi and select 2.4G WiFi SSID.

Hello. I have some problems with your security IP camera. First month it worked but now the server isn't working. Camera isn't connecting to a server anymore so I can't disable and enable alarm also I can't see my camera's taken footage without same WIFI. So I hope you will help me.
I tried everything rebooted everything but still it's not working!

Had this same problem. I just changed the default/admin username and password and everything went back to normal :) . Youve gotta remember something most of these ip cams run the same default username/password. Oh yea , almost forgot , i would switch to the yyp2p app if i was you.

Hi!

I have Besder 6024PW 1080p Wifi camera and had issues with accessing the camera both LAN and mobile as well. I have Mobile based wired internet at home. The camera was not online. I was able to view the picture on the local wifi/wired network, but the device discovery did not worked well. Sometimes the CMS/Yoosee mobile app found the camera, sometimes not. The camera did not get correct time as well. All of the other devices were worked without any trouble on the mobil net, the DNS was set correctly., there were not any restriction, firewall was turned off etc...

but,
I connected the camera to the normal wired ADSL internet and worked well!!! The status become online immediately, after hard reset I was able to set the parameters from yoosee mobile app!!!
The online/offline status depends on the internet connection you are using. I bet, it wont work on all good configured internet connection!!!

By the way, you could connect the camera to wifi network without configuring it through application.
You have to format the SD (TF) card to FAT32 and create the WifiInfo.ini (or WifiInfo.txt I can't remember) file on the root and include this:

WifiName:YOUR_WIFI_NETWORK_NAME
Password:YOUR_WIFI_NETWORK_PASSWORD
PasswordType:2

Type it without any spaces between.
Put the card in to the camera while unpowered, and Power on. It will connect to the WiFi network automatically.

Hope this solution could help some issue to be avoided.

This no problem... You just restart your phone... And your problem about network busy will done...

That worked for me

Hi, I am getting the same error. I have an old S3 with no sim card so I tried that and it works on there perfectly so I popped the sim card out of my Pixel 2 and it worked fine after restarting. Put the sim card back in and restart - 'The network is busy...'. I don't know why having a valid mobile network available causes a problem when it has wifi available, but that's what seems to be happening. To me this shows it is not my phone as such (as it works fine without a sim card), but it must be something to do with the software.
Any suggestions?

In conclusion, "Network busy" error occurs because either your camera is offline (e.g. weak Wi-Fi signal) or your smartphone has Internet connection issue.

Good day, My device is installed and on my phone - it worked fine but is now giving me an error "network is busy please try again later" .... ? the wi fi is on and just fine so not sure what to do to get it fixed the device is brand new still.
This problem is solved if you upgrade to firmware

Hi everyone,

Thank you to those who have replied. My camera device (and phone using app YY P2P) was working just fine for the past 3 years, when I suddenly had a persistent Network is busy / 30102005 error, despite not having any changes in settings of the device or my mobile phone (Android Pixel 3).

I believe it is an issue with phone and how it accesses data - after turning off the WiFi for data, and turning on mobile data on my phone (yes, this would cost more money) then the program started working again (i.e. can visualize the camera images in real time).

Changing the phone back to wifi will result in the same error. Changing it back to using mobile data ("access data using mobile network") makes it work again. I hope this helps!

i never used yoosee devices and apps again... i switch to v380 pro.. easy to setup and user friendly no headache..

Hi everyone,

Just a follow up to my previous suggestion to switch the phone to using mobile data (instead of WiFi). My camera device (and phone using app YY P2P) was working just fine for the past 4 years (and since my last post in April 2021), when it again had a persistent Network is busy / 30102005 error or 30102004 error, despite not having any changes in settings of the device or my mobile phone (Android Pixel 3). Switching my mobile phone to mobile data did not fix the error. What worked this time was unplugging the camera from the power, then plugging it back in again. The camera reset itself. Then I was able to access the video via my mobile phone using data again.

I have never had such problems even though we use a wide range of home security services.
