Hi when I pair my camera with key fobs PIRs etc I loose image but not control ie can still set alarm and check software update but no image can anyone help please thanks

Did the app respond "hang up" when you tried to watch the video? If it responded hang up, it likely entered privacy mode. When camera is in privacy mode, it will block users to access the video stream. Users can trigger the privacy mode by pressing "privacy" button on the keyfob. Home syboml with a lock/key icon inside is the privacy button.

To fix this or cancel the privacy mode, you just need to press the privacy button again.
