We are facing a serious issue , we configured a system using ZIGBEE V3.0 switches fromn LERLINK company using Tuya ZIGBEE gateway. It was working fine and well, but unfortunately it stopped working after few months, we tried to add devices again in the ZIGBEE gateway of tuya but we can't. On asking the manufacturer he told me that tuya app have stopped supporting ZIGBEE V3.0 devices other than TUYA ZIGBEE 3.0. Very disappointing that why Tuya is reducing its support for ZIGBEE devices as its not mentioned anywhere that TUYA is shrinking its support rather than expanding it, can you explain how to fix this issue with switches using Standard Zigbee 3.0.
We afraid that one day if Tuya may stop supporting other types as well what will happen to the users?
What is the reliability factor in investing and buying Tuya compatible devices?
