View problem at night

Hello Everyboady!

Look at my photos. I have a problem with my IP 720 camera.
During day everything is fine.
But at night I have a strange ring and quality is very poor.
Also after power failure time and date are reseting.
I have an older (1,5 year) version of this camera and it records fine. Below you can see my older camera view, and bad view from newer camera.

Anyboady can help me ?

This occurs due to wide temperature range between internal camera and environment, there is moisture on camera.
To solve this, you may:
1. Absorb internal air from the camera body or let it have Nitrogen gas before assemble it.
2. Make it fully sealed, don't disassemble the camera.
3. Make internal camera dry e.g. put desiccant packets to absorb water inside.
