Tuya smart lock

I’ve had my tuya smart lock for one year and after I did an update my lock doesn’t fully unlock or lock the door. I tried resetting the lock and app nothing works. I have it connected to tuya gateway to unlock it from anywhere but nothing works. I can’t even unlock from Bluetooth. Does anyone have solution?
