I'm using a Tuya Smart lock (model TF1EM-W, brand SIB) and I’ve set time restrictions, but the lock is not working as expected.
Here’s what I did:
Start time: 09:30
End time: 18:00
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday (Friday is not selected)
Effective date: 2025/03/21 00:40
Expiry date: 2025/04/22 00:40
However, I tried entering the code at 00:53 on Friday, and the lock opened, even though Friday is not selected. It should not have worked at that time.
I have already:
Checked for updates (firmware & app)
Closed and reopened the app
Verified the time zone settings
Did I misconfigure something, or is this a known issue? Any help would be appreciated!
