[Newbie] Tuya thermostat and smart switch

Hi to all users, these are my first steps using Tuya.
I have a Tuya thermostat (Avatto WT198) and smart switch:
1) can I create scenario where detect heating is enabled (on thermostat) and activate switch to get remote device powered on when heating active?
2) can I change scenario where I can combine two thermostats and attivate switch?
