Smart switch add again help

Hello,
I am not a tuya developper but I could not find any other forum so i will just ask it here.
A few days ago power went out.
A lot of tuya devices where not working any more even after power whas back on.
I managed to add them all except 1.
A power switch is still not working.
I have a few of them but the others are from a diffent company.
The others had a option to reconnect, this one has not such a option.
Sadly I dont have the instruction book any more and the weblink where I bought him is not working any more.
I hope someone can tell me how to add it based on the picures i added in.

these are a few of the ways i tried adding him again:
Electra -> breaker
Electra -> switch
 
The power failure should not impact the connection of the smart socket.
There are some reasons why the socket can't be online after power restored, including:
1. The socket is damaged
2. The socket is far from the Wi-Fi coverage, or encounters problem of weak Wi-Fi signal.
(To solve this, you may move the socket to the place nearing to the router.)
3. Changes of Wi-Fi specification (e.g. Wi-Fi channels).
4. 2.4G Wi-Fi interference especially when living in condos.

Additionally, you may try to re-connect it to the network by pressing power on/off button for 5 seconds.
When the LED indicator starts flashing, it means the socket is in re-connecting status. Then adding it on Tuya Smart / Smart Life app.
