Smart wifi relay goes offline every 12 hrs

I have a single ch smart wifi relay used for gate control using the inching feature. Connection to wifi through Smart life app is smooth however every 12 hrs exactly after the connection, the device goes offline for both wifi and bluetooth and never reconnects. I have to power cycle it to get it back online. But the same problem recurs every 12 hrs exactly. Any advice will be helpful. Thanks.

Hi, I have exactly the same problem with the same device! I used it for a before long time and suddenly WiFi disconnects WiFi. What I do know is connect the 5v power adapter to a smart plug and with Home Assistant automation switch it Off and On again. Then it connects to WiFi again. Not a final solution but works for know. I’m looking for replacement and think I will go for a Zigbee one.
I don’t know if it has to do with a new mesh WiFi network I have last month.
Hope you read this and have another solution found.
