Camera tuya offline after firmware update

Hello, I click to update firmware of my camera tuya, the installation started but after some minutes a message shows saying that time to update was expired. My camera now is offline and I tried to reset, unplug power, not work. The camera blink Leds every minute, and also the mini led in the network connector blick 3 times every minute. Please what can I do to recovery it? How can I update the firmware if it is offline? Lan cable? Sd card? Where to find the firmware file? Please I need help. Thank you very much.
