I am tried to make the IP camera connect to the wifi directly without go through the LAN cable, but can't be done. I pressed the reset button and opened the apps to plays the frequency sound in front of the camera after heard the camera sound the voice of device is reset and ready for connection. But its still failed. Anyone can help?
After reset camera, it takes around one minute to reboot. When it is ready for WiFi configuration, it will keep making “di, di, di...” beeps.
yes, the camera making the sounds you mentioned after few minute of pressing the reset button, then I pressed next on the Apps to the next step for sending "beeps" sounds from phone to the camera. But still nothing from camera.
Please check below things: 1. Your smartphone connects to your home WiFi (not using cellular data) 2. The WiFi band frequency is 2.4GHz, not 5GHz. Because all Yoosee cameras can’t connect 5GHz WiFi SSID. 3. MAC address/IP filter is disabled and DHCP is enabled in your router.
