How to downgrade cam firmware?

Please, can anyone help me?
After upgrade firmware, the motion recordings doesn't work.
It's possible to downgrade firmware at an old version? Please help me!
 
You can not downgrade the firmware via smartphone App, you can manually downgrade its firmware by using the following methods:
1. Put firmware file in to the rooter folder of memory card, then insert it to the camera, and press reset button up to 5 seconds, the camera will start to flash firmware.
2. Download/use IPC debug tool, using the tool to flash firmware.

where do we find that firmware?
..the IPC debug tool doesn't work..it give me a setup error..

I'm having the same problem after updating to firmware 21.0.0.35
 
I found firmware 14.00.00.77 but I believe 14.00.00.80 have less bugs.

@Andrea sorry for delayed response. here you can download: http://www.gwell.cc/e/DownSys/GetDown?classid=102&id=21&pathid=0
Use IPC_upgrade_Tool_en_v2 to downgrade. Search in forum, will be step by step to use and download the tool.

After download, unzip (npcupg_gm14.00.00.77(4753)) to a folder, open IPC_upgrade_Tool_en_v2, choose unzipped file.
Select the cam to upgrade, wait to 100%. (For me, the tool crashed twice :( )
You will hear a beep and the cam will boot. And Done!

After that you cannot upgrade to new firmeware by mobile app again.

Well, by mistake I found a way to upgrade again to version 82. Delete cam from YYP2P app, and reset the CAM (using fiscal reset button behind) and add CAM again in app by smart link , then you will see upgrade version available.
PS.: I don't know if is related, but I change connection from WIFI to Wire cable.
 
thank you, I did the procedure, but the firmware that is installed, is not 14.0.0.77 but 21.0.0.35 .... is correct? with this the detection mouvement work fine?
gives me back an error that says:
Device 9033659 upgrade failed. Upgrade file check MD5 failed
