Question: Does it have a RJ45 Ethernet port?
Answer: Nope, it doesn't have it, it only supports Wi-Fi wireless network connection.

Trouble shooting:
Problem 1: The camera can not connect with Wi-Fi
Solution: Please double check whether the WiFi password is correct.
Ensuring the Wi-Fi is 2.4GHz. If you use a Dual band router (2.4G + 5G), please select the 2.4G SSID.
The router can not have WiFi restrictions such as enabling AP isolation, preventing Wi-Fi squatting etc.
Some phones need to get mobile phone GPS permission and turn on GPS to get a WiFi list.

Problem 2: Device is offline in device list?
Solution: CHeck whether the device's network is good or not.
If there is TF card inserted, please unplug the TF card, reset the device and router. Check whether the device is online or not.
If the problem persists, please reset the device (insert the thimble into the "reset" hole and long press for 5s to 10s. Please re-add the device.
After that, checking the device firmware and app version, then upgrade them to the latest version.

Problem 3: How to do if the device is offline after chaging a router or Wi-Fi password?
Solution: The devices keeps the orignal password. If password is changed and can not match the orgininal/old password, the device is not able to be online then the device needs to be reset.

Problem 4: The playback video can not be watched.
Solution: Unplugging the memory card (microSD TF card) and re-insert. Please check whether the record mode is ON. If the record mode is ON< but no video can be found, please go to "settings", "record settings", disable "Record switch", and format the TF card.
If the video can not be watched still after formatting TF card, please try to replace a new TF card.

Note:
The device supports 2.5GHz Wi-Fi connection only. Before connecting the camera, please ensure the Wi-Fi is 2.4GHz
The camera supports maximum 128G storage size, the TF card should be formatted with FAT32 format.
The camera uses loop record method, when TF card is full, intending to keep recording, the newest video clips will overwrite the oldest one.
Please do not install the indoor cameras in harsh weather environment. The indoor cameras will be damaged if exposed to hight temperature, high humidity, dust, rain.
The Yoosee app and product's firmware will be updated occasionally. Please update when the software notifies you that a new firmware is available.
The camera will be automatically bind with the Yoosee account. Before binding a new Yoose account, please unbinding the camera with the predecessor.
Yoosee CMSClient software is available for this camera.
