Question: Can someone hack my smart fingerprint locks?
Answer: The fingerprint smart door locks adopt Tuya IoT platform, the data transmission is encrypted between user's app and smart locks. Furthermore, when smart locks in normal status, it's in hibernate/sleep mode, and smart locks can't be accessible and can't unlock remotely. The remote unlocking works when the smart lock is awaken by taping the "#" or "Dingdong" key on touch keypad of the lock physically.
