1080p yoosee camera connects to 4-channel NVR

I have recently purchased the above camera to replace a Yobang camera that has stopped working and am trying to get my Yobang 4channel 960p wireless NVR to recognise the camera.
Unfortunately, I am having trouble as the NVR is not even showing the camera.
Do I need to install a micro sd card in the camera to get it to operate properly?

When add the cameras to your existing NVR, please tick "ONVIF" protocol to discover them. If the cameras have failed to be discovered by your NVR, you can manually add them to the NVR.
The information you need to fill:
Protocol: ONVIF
Device IP: local ip address of your camera
Port number: 5000
User: admin
Password: 123 or your own password.
