Smart doorbell

I have the wired smart video door bell which works fine with the cloud edge app.

But I want to use it with Smart life app. I have tried to add it but it does not work. During the setup process, the doorbell struggles to scan the QR code on my phone.

Is the doorbell compatible with Smart life?

I've noticed on the product page, you have two options of either cloud edge or smart life.

As mine works on cloud edge, will it work with smart life?

Well, the doorbell hardware is exactly the same, but the internal firmware is different. Therefore, the your smart doorbell (cloud edge version) is not compatible with Tuya smart or Smart Life app.
On the bright side, Cloud edge version supports ONVIF and RTSP, therefore can be integrated with other system such as NVR, NAS, Home Assistant.
