Besder cam 720p Wi-Fi Security Camera

i buy a besder cam(N°:20170912258) 6024pb-jw101 720p.
i cannot change to IP static(via CMS PC soft).. the button "Set" never
be active? (see picture attached)

perhaps it is possible with the yoosee android app but i do not find
that.

other question:

to add cam to Xmeye i have to entry three parameters
what are the right parameters:

Device Name: _device10102715
serial number:?
port:?

It shows "network timeout", this means the software could not establish the connection, therefore the "set" button grey out.
I guess you set a new IP address, but the IP address was not in the same range.

CMSClient software can not support Xmeye cameras, the software is only compatible with Gwell based network cameras.
If you wish to manage cameras from different brands, you may use the VMS software.

it is strange. i can see the cam in the windows but when i go to IPC config there is alway timout error.
my cam is in dhcp at the 172.16.0.107 and i want to set to 172.16.20.12 msk:255.255.0.0
i look the ethernet trame with wireshark and the CMS never send any trame when i click the refresh button .
when i start monitoring the cam i see(wireshark) the trame dialog(rtsp between the cam and my pc).
have you another idea?
