Indoor chime not pairing with Yoosee doorbell

Initial setup was fine, but after few days chime unpair with doorbell. Tried many times to pair it agin with following instructions no luck
Ensure the indoor chime is connected to power
Ensure that smart bell is connected to router and powered on
Press the volume button on chime and release it when the light goes on
Press the call button on doorbell, light on chime will flash once ( this step is not working)
Press the call button again no luck


tried to unpair and then pair again no luck
Connected doorbell using wired/wifi connection no luck
Please help
 
1. Find the Add Device Button located on the main dashboard of the Ring App.
2. Select Chime
3. Plug Chime into a standard wall outlet.
- Follow these instructions if you have not set up this Chime before
- If you have set up a Chime before, click on the link below the continue button,
“Have you setup this Chime before? Tap here.
4. Name your Chime device.
5. Conrm your location.
6. Wait for the Ring logo located on the front of the device to pulse slowly.
7. Your Ring Chime is now broadcasting a Wi-Fi network.
Open your smartphone or tablet’s Wi-Fi settings and connect to the network
labeled Chime-xxxxx
8. Return to the Ring App and press Continue.
 
Nirmal, I have exactly the same issue.

it worked fine then stopped. When I try to re-pair, instead of a single flash on the chime when I push the doorbell button, it flashes 5 times. This indicates that the chine is indeed detecting the doorbell button but it isn’t doing the single flash it is meant to first, and it refuses to chime (or flash) when the doorbell button is pressed again.
I have tried 3 different usb chime devices and all exhibit same behaviour.

I have reset each chime by holding volume until blue light goes out first.

many ideas what 5 flashes mean?

Have you found a fix to your problem? I have the exact same problem and google search did not help.
I pair it successfully and use it for some time. Now the chime does not ring
Re-pair gives the 5-flashes and then nothing. No sound, no feedback when pressing the ring button

I tried pairing with another brand of chime and pairing works well. The chime acknowledges the pairing. But still No sound, no feedback when pressing the ring button

It is as if the Yoosee door bell is not transmitting the ring over RF
