Yoosee GW-NW4 Wi-Fi NVR local access

I have recently purchased this model and i am trying to access it through local access using the yoosee app but it kept telling me it is offline. When I use my laptop and access it through the IP address of the DVR, I am able to access the live stream. And I saw this video "

For the remote access, users need to run an Ethernet cable between NVR and a router.
Then, running the Yooosee App, the App can automatically discover the device if both smartphone and NVR are in the same local network.

Additionally, you can add the NVR through scanning the QR code appears on the screen.

The app cannot automatically discover the device when both are at the same local network. I am only able to access it using laptop browser. My actual model is
