Hi,

My configuration
Yoosee iOs last release or Android
KONX 2 C Doorbell

All was all right before I add a new account with last release => Ask for DoorBell password
After all other device keep asking for pwd !

Delete doorbell in Yoosee
Reset the Doorbell. No pwd written on the doorbell just the ID
Add doorbell in Yoosee. Ok but ask no pwd
Link another device (new yoosee account) => Ask for doorbell pwd !

Hi,
I have to try.
But First step is to remove device from Yossee account !
On iOs i can find the delete (but i have only one ios and it is my primary device), where is it on Android (No delete, no slide..., i think remove is in the configuration menu i can can't acces it since i ghave no pwd) ?

For android devices, you just need to tap the camera for several seconds, the app will pop up a window to ask you if you want to delete.

Now
Generate on my primary device a WR Code
Scan with android device
=> Said that QR code is invalide !*It works with another iOS device

Add manually on new device with ID, Name, guest pwd
1- Can see video, open
2- Don't receive Push. In primary if i try to add new push can't find my newly added device

Yoosee said : "Sharing settings" Shared 1 , "Maybe" 9

Please Help
