If there, if you lost your smartphone or deleted the App, you can install the App again, then login app with your existing account.
For your also forgot your account info, you can simple register a new one.
After login the App, you will able to access the camera (on the condition that you are using existing account).
If you can not find the camera, you can click "+" to add the camera, then select "Add online device", and input camera's ID, password, customized device name to add.
