accessing live pictures from work using there wifi

Hi new to all this ,just purchased two cameras and works great useing wifi at home.
It captures live video ,which I can view from my phone and PC.
However when I leave my house and I try access the camereas using my phone it says network busy try later .
Is there a way to access live pictures from your phone when you are a way from your own house?

Please enable/open the following ports on your router/swtich: UDP ports 51700, 51880, 51881 and TCP port 8787.

You should use the App to watch camera's video feed anywhere, anytime. However, as sometime the router's firewall may block some ports therefore users can not access the camera when they are not in the same network (from the Internet/a remote place). To solve this, as Jackie mentioned you should check if these ports are not restricted/closed.
Additionally, ensuring your camera has the latest firmware and app is the latest version.
