    Is it possible to remove a device from a TUYA app for only one user?

    I would like to remove the smart doorbell from the account of users who do not use it, so that they are not bothered by notifications that they do not have time to deal with. I haven't figured out how to remove the device from their mobile app only. Is that possible? And if so, how?

    Note to TUYAOEM, YooSee Staff. If you want a password reset or forget the password, the forum software (XenForo) is designed to, enter your Username or Email and it will auto send to your account's email an email on how to change and a method on how to reset. This is broken for your Forums...

    Unable to make new account on app.

    Hi, I just got a camera today, and I keep getting an error when trying to make an account on the app. I just get the error; unknown error: - 1004 Can anyone please advise, as the camera is currently useless. Thanks.
