Login yoosee on an iPhone 5 invalid password

I'm trying to log into the Yoosee app on an iPhone 5. It tells me invalid password when I know I'm entering the correct password. I try to have it send me my password via text, but I do not get the code. I'm afraid to have the password reset over email, in fear that it will lose my connection on my iPhone 6 that it is working on. Please help!
 
Hi Why on my smart phone when I click on screen to loading the message keep say "wrong password" even I already made a change and save it can someone help what is the password ?

This error is caused by an incorrect password saved in your Yoosee app. To correct, go to Settings > Modify DeviceInfo. In the prompt window enter the correct password and then tap Next at the upper-right corner.
Keep in mind this operation is used to update the local password in your Yoosee app.
 
I have tried to sign up with my mobile number, my email and the camera id several times now. and everytime it says password is incorrect. and i cant login on my computer.
can you please call me and help with the setup +45 72 73 00 83
 
how do i know my account number is wrong or right coz when i try to login with my account number and my password i cant log in it says wrong password, but i use the same password on my yoosee app on my tablet please help thanks
