Apparently yoosee's IP camera isn't suited for industrial usage, well, at least not now.
First off, the power adapter spoils easily, be it indoors or outdoors.
Secondly, ever since the mobile application update, the passwords are inaccessible to the consumers.
If we, the consumers, who have purchased the product(s), why are we not allowed to have control over our own product(s)? If yoosee claims that it is for (our own) security purposes, why don't you let us consumers decide for ourselves? At least give us the option to choose if we would like to use your "new and better" method or choose to use the "old and unsafe" method. Because of lack of control over the cameras, my current employer has decided to cancel further and future purchases (total of 26 cameras to be purchased at time of writing) and have decided to contact p**co for the cameras.
Unless either we get the option to choose which type of security we want to use or disable force update and let us downgrade the software, we will be switching to p**co.
Thank you.
*PS. I know yoosee doesn't really bother about us consumers much based on the number of posts address to yoose (or staff) in the forum(s) ignored, and knowing that my post is either going to be deleted or ignored as well, but thought I'd leave this post here and "hope" that there's at least a 0.1% chace that they reply and do something about this horrible update that they have forced upon us consumers.
