CMSclient on a smart door bell camera (KONX KW02C)

Hello, When i try to user CMS client on a smart door bell camera (KONX KW02C) live video works but i can't access config (network) and videos records on the SD card : network timeout
I use yoosee app, I can see videos records but can't save to my phone<br>What solution to download video records ?

yeah, this just isn't working with windows 10 and the AKASO camera I just bought. The software is sluggish and the camera was only connected with it a couple times and then not and no LAN either. They sell these hit and miss (junk) products without a video and troubleshooting link such as you tube. Idk if I can even return it for credit. I would have been better off going to Harbor freight. ( err, maybe not)
