The camera's port 554 is not open

I am not able to see the camera on my laptop port 554 is open but no way on Mac or even on win10 the network does not find the cam, any help

Only the computer and camera connects to the same router/or in the same local network can communicate each other. You may check your computer's network setting to ensure it's in the same local network. By the way, the 554 port is the default port number for rtsp protocol, making sure you use rtsp:// prefix when accessing it.

They are connected to the same Network and por 554 is open though it does not detect the cam.
