Yoosee camera not connecting outside local network; port forwarding help

For whatever reason, my camera will work on the home network wifi, but will not on 4g, lte or other wifi networks. I have another camera that uses a different app and it works perfectly. If someone could help me get port forwarding set up I'd really appreciate it. Need help keeping an eye on the sitter for when I am not home.

Try closing the application completely in the settings and then restarting after switching to data.
