Issues with plan recording/schedule recording

I installed 64GB memory card and set up the recording into "plan recording". After about 48 hours the recording stops (no memory problem). I set up again the camera into "plan recording" and get an answer "modified successes" but after about 48 hours the recording again stop. The camera is connected to the internet just from time to time.
Any idea how to get permanent recording?
 
If users want to record Full-time, users should use [Manual video recording]. Don't use the [Timed video recording] / plan recording.
So, you can select [Manual video recording], turn on [Recording switch]. The camera will record in 24 hours manner.

I tried again to set up into "manual recording" but as I assumed based on my previous experience, the recording stop after less than 24 hours. Using "plan recording"' the recording stop after about 48 hours.
May be that the problem is due that I the software installed in the camera is not the last version? I am using version 13.0.0.93 and the last version is 13.0.0.99?
