COT Pro password

I have two and they've been working fine. This week the second camera won't allow access, saying I have an invalid password. I don't think I ever changed it but I can't get it to accept the original now. I've unplugged it and plugged it back in. What are my options? I saw somewhere about a reset to factory defaults but now can't find it. Would that put the password back to the original?
