Problems with surveillance function and cancellation of the camera from account

I tried to reset the camera because the surveillance function didn't work anymore: I tried different times but the icon had disappeared just after I clicked on it, and I also tried to trigger the alarm but it didn't work.

Now I can't delete the added camera from my app because it always says that the network is busy and the operation didn't work (error 10905005).

What should I do?
