I do not have access outside my network on my computer

Good Morning.
I've set up camera access on my cell phone, and I can access my home and work.
I also configured it on my notebook using the CMS CLIENT program, but on the notebook I only have access to the camera when I'm at home, from my work I do not have access. I've done the setup manually by the camera ID, but still I can only connect when I'm on the same network.
Does anyone have a solution?

Take a .48 CMS client and log in with a YooSee account. If you do not, register. Just email and password. Sign in with this account at work. This is the third item in the cms' clue.
