My NVR password suddenly changed and how to reset?

Hello,
I'm having issues with my NVR GW-NW4. NVR H/W ver: 2.1.0 , S/W ver 2.4.7. Suddenly I cannot access the NVR via yoosee saying incorrect password although I havent changed it at all.
I tried removing the battery for a few minutes , I tried the reset password software and it didnt work either.
Any solutions?

Moving the curse on monitor screen, then left and right click mouse 8 times continuously, the NVR will reset its password. After reset the password, you are able to login by using default password.
