How do I Set Up Scene for down lights during holidays.

I am lookign to set up 16 down lights along the front of my home. i want for example even lights (red @50% brightness) Odd Green@50% brightness) and then a different scene for other holidays. one touch holiday set up any help would be awesome thanks in advance.
