Wi-Fi outdoor siren cannot be added to Smart Life app

Hello,
I am trying to add the NEO AB06W Tuya wifi outdoor siren to Smart Life app but it fails.
I have a lot of other devices already in Smart Life app.
The strange thing is that in the same time the siren can be added successfully to Tuya app.
Any suggestions and tips are more than welcome!

Additionally, please see the attached phone screen recording. You can see that the siren automatically appears in Smart Life "add device" screen, I select the device, enter the correct 2.4 GHz WIFI network / password, the pairing seems to start but ends after a minute with a failure message.

It probably using Bluetooth for pairing and has a problem connecting the device to your WiFi at the end. Try temporarily turn off your 5 ghz wifi during pairing, or pair it to a network with no 5 ghz.

Unfortunately it didn't work. I disabled the 5ghz network and tried again but same result.
I also tried a different router with a 2.4ghz WiFi network, it fails again to connect.
I think it is a bug in Smart Life application as the device can be connected successfully in Tuya application. I opened a ticket in Smart Life application and wait for feedback from the support team.
