Scene to prevent legionairs desease

much solar energy if possibe. The problem is I want it to heat once every 8 days above 60°C to prevent deseases. How can I create a scene that makes the device go to 60° when it has been more than 7 days ago before the temp was reached? I cannot set a delay more then 5 ours. Thanks
