Lost a tile from the Home Screen

Using Smart Life on an iPhone 13. I have accidently removed a "tile" from the Home Screen, the device (a thermometer) is still there in my All Devices screen. How can I add it back to the Home Screen ?

At bottom of Home page select Edit, Add Card, Devices (top center), click on devices you want.
