Problem of replay video on PC via ipc-eu.ismartlife

Hi everyone,

I'm very new in Tuya smart product and I found that we can view Tuya product on PC via ipc-eu.ismartlife. I tested it and it works fine on Live video, but once I plan to view replay vidéo, it is loading.....any idea, pls?
