Energy smart meter

Not sure if this is the place for posting questions regarding the energy monitor that uses the Tuya Smart Life app. I posted for help in the app on August 3, 2024 but the request is still in To-Be-Posted status so I thought somebody here might be able to help.
I'm posting a pic of an Electricity Statistics screen. It shows how truncated the graph is. The scaling is unusable. The home button is halfway up the screen. The graph is barely usable. My phone is a Samsung A14 5G. I don't see any settings that would allow me to set the graph scaling.
Anyone have any thoughts on how to get this fixed?

This is interesting. I installed another brand of energy monitor and the graph for it is displayed correctly.
I wonder how I can get the graph for the other smart meter fixed?

Anyone know if support tickets entered in the SmartLife app ever get processed? Ticket was entered on August 3, 2024, still not processed.
