I'm experiencing an issue with my Tuya smart door lock and Smart keypad setup, both of which are connected to the internet via a Bluetooth/ZigBee gateway.
I've set up an automation on the Smart Life app where entering a correct pin code on the keypad should unlock the door lock. However, I've noticed that this automation only works consistently when I have the Smart Life app open. If the app is closed or in the background, the automation fails to trigger.
Could you please advise on how to fix this issue? It seems like I shouldn't need to keep the app open for the automation to function properly.
