hello all,
I have a strange phenomenon:
When I am logged into the wifi with my cell phone, it takes an extremely long time to call up individual devices or it is not possible at all. If I click on a smart plug, for example, and want to check the energy consumption there, then the loading time is either extremely long or the device menu is not displayed at all. If I only briefly switch to the mobile Internet, the selected device is immediately accessible. Then I can also switch back to WLAN. At first, I thought that it was due to my slow Internet line, but fast fiber-optic Internet has been installed in the meantime. I also changed the router and now use the TP Link Archer 6000, so the performance there is also more than sufficient. I have activated the interface to Google Home and the devices also respond absolutely satisfactorily. Just not in the Tuya app itself, when I am connected to the wifi...
Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks
