Hello Everyone,
I am struggling to find a solution to my problem. I have three pieces of thermostat ME102 and already tried two of them but both devices are entering pairing mode randomly. They remove itself from the Smart Life app and therefore we lose any remote control over it. Anyone ever faced issue like this? I have also tried Tuya app so see if there is any difference but same outcome. Also, I have tried to search in logs of the device via the Tuya IoT integration, and found only this:
