Method 'SetHostName' not implemented

What is the username and password to set up the camera using ONVIF: http://192.168.200.233:5000/onvif/device_service
I'm getting the error message: Method 'SetHostName' not implemented: method name or namespace not recognized.

The ONVIF information: ONVIF port: 5000; Device discovery port: 3702
Account name is admin, password is 123 (or your new password).
